Technical interview
Our structured technical interview let’s us dive deep into your experience and how you approach solving the types of problems you would face in your role.
At home written task
As our team is fully remote, written communication is key to our success. We typically split this task into two sections; one which focuses on a technical problem and one which focuses on work culture. You will receive instructions on how to view and submit your answers from the hiring manager for your role.
Open ended question interview
We’ll ask you a couple of open-ended questions. We are looking for how you think about tricky problems and work through them in a discussion/team setting.
Meet the team session
Group interview with 2-3 team members
You’ll meet our team members you’ll be interacting with the most. They’ll have a bunch of questions from the technical side to how you like to work. Our team will also leave plenty of time to answer any questions you have, especially about life at Treecard.
Call with the founders
You’ve reached the last step in our interview process! Although we will have some final questions for you, this call is open for you to ask us questions. As an early stage company, we know it’s incredibly important for everyone to understand what the vision is, what the risks may be, and how the founders think about Treecard’s future.
